The location was exceptionally nice and ideal and minutes from a train station. This hotel was set in a calm area. I was given a perfectly clean and cozy room with with nice interior and different games and superb wiew.

The hotel staff was very unpleasant.

The breakfast selection was good, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was great, with beautiful mountain views and easy access to nearby hiking trails.

The check-in process was a disaster, with a slow and unmotivated receptionist who seemed unable to do their job efficiently. The room was not properly cleaned, with a dirty bathroom from the previous guests.

This is really a mid-price business hotel in an area of outstanding beauty. It was clean and functional but a bit characterless. The swimming pool and sauna were good and the staff friendly. If you have a room overlooking the valley the view is outstanding.

The basic amenities are sufficient, and the breakfast is served with clean water at a good temperature.

I had the pleasure of staying at Sporthotel Am and experienced exceptional dinner service. The meals were delicious and the breakfast service was delightful as well. The dining staff demonstrated exceptional service and attentiveness throughout our meals. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to the ski slopes. The sauna provided a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind after a long day of skiing. I would highly recommend this hotel for its culinary experiences, convenient location, and amenities.

Its location very close to the ski slopes on the hill and the surrounding mountains makes it perfect for skiing enthusiasts. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms, along with the superb view to Schneeberg mountain, are just like on the pictures. Moreover, the hotel offers a variety of different games for entertainment, and the breakfast includes clean water with a good temperature.

Beautiful scenic views and cozy rooms made our romantic escape unforgettable. Great breakfast with a wide variety of choices and very helpful staff. The indoor pool and sauna were well-maintained, perfect for relaxation after a long day of activities. The town centre and ski slopes were conveniently located nearby.

The bed was a bit too soft and the water pressure in the shower was not strong enough. The temperature of the pool could have been warmer to enhance the spa-like experience.

We had double room, and it was lovely with great view. An extra bed and a storage were included. Location: the hotel was near mountain and ski slope.

During my recent stay at the Sporthotel Am, I was pleased to find a comfortable room with a cozy corner sofa and a table for snacking. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, offering a peaceful night's sleep. I was particularly impressed with the breathtaking view from my balcony, providing a stunning backdrop to my stay. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a talented chef creating unique and visually appealing dishes. The indoor pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for a leisurely swim. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with a supermarket and the gondola station just a short walk away.

Our Christmas stay in this hotel was great! The views of the mountains were breathtaking and the room was clean and cozy. We loved the delicious food served at dinner and the fair prices offered. the gym and sauna facilities were top-notch and easily accessible.

There were some downsides to our stay. The breakfast was quite weak and the constantly falling WiFi connection was frustrating.

Great food and location, breathtaking views from restaurant and room, clean indoor pool, well-equipped gym, helpful staff, easy to book last minute.
